Snack Time Suggestions
Sequim Pre-Three is a nut-free school.

Parents take turns bringing snacks to class. Snacks are to be simple and nutritious. Be sure to read package labels to avoid sugars, preservatives and artificial ingredients.  Nutritious rather than sweet snacks are recommended for three reasons. First, a nutritious snack contributes to growth and health. Second, a nutritious Snack is less likely to contribute to tooth decay.
